been having a few english language lessons. hmm. haha.

was just thinking about this. as two people get together, whether in marriage or even just in a relationship, they are effectively joining their worlds as well. their habits, their friends especially, and of course, their families. based on personal experience, as well as some observations, it can be pretty difficult to integrate into 'another world'. wow wee. sudddenly you have to try to make more people like you. hmm. would it be better, then, if the couple shares common friends to start with?? then again, what happens if things don't turn out well?? acrimonious partings especially, make good fodder for cold war.

cold wars are no fun. make peace, not war.

life's a bitch. considering the fact i'm surrounded by females, it makes a whole lot of bitches.. ha. err. ok. that was a wee bit... offensive..

anyway. nothing much to blog about. the sole reason i'm even in here is i'm home. on a sunday. no. make it a thunderstormy sunday. haiz.

sometimes we talk about priority. in life, at work, personal choices we make. there's always a little vanity in us, wanting to be the 'priority' at some point in time. we don't feel good when we don't get the feeling of importance. the normal human reaction would be to sulk. even babies do it. hmmm. looks like we do retain much of our instincts even as we outgrow our clothes, phases and 'personality'.

i have no idea why, but i'm actually going to admit yes, i can be petty at times. maybe it's just the usual difference in communication or whatsoever. yes, ladies and gentlemen, lack of proper communication can lead to consequences, as can misunderstandings. oh. well i shall have to learn to keep myself in check.

i honestly don't want to become the 'glue' i say i am, but what can i say?? the laws of attraction defy logic and reationale. okok. restraint. practise restraint. wow wee... that sounded like... SM... hahahaha..

my scrawny turtle seems to be losing more weight. now he feels... scary... haiz. i shudder to think of what'll happen if...
